The Leisure Village West Speech Policy Case

What you send comes only to me, Jeremy Glapion. Nothing you send is published.

I'm a lawyer, but I'm not your lawyer. Sending me a question or story doesn't make me your lawyer, and anything I write back is not legal advice about your own situation. If you need legal advice, please talk to a lawyer of your own.

What would you like to do?
What was it about? (tick any that apply)

The New Jersey Constitution says “Every person may freely speak, write and publish his sentiments on all subjects” (Article I, paragraph 6), and “The people have the right freely to assemble together, to consult for the common good, to make known their opinions to their representatives, and to petition for redress of grievances” (Article I, paragraph 18). The Board must also follow our Bylaws and Master Deed.

Write as much or as little as you like. Please leave out other people's private details, such as medical or money matters.

Would you like to include your name?

Only so I can reply to you. I will not share it.

About sending without your name

  • I will not ask for your name, email or phone, and this site does not record your internet address or what device you use.
  • Even so, no website can promise complete anonymity. The company that runs this site handles some network information to keep it working, and the details you write could point to you. If that worries you, leave out things only you would know.
  • Photos you add are cleaned of hidden details such as where they were taken. Documents are turned into pictures of their pages, which removes hidden details such as who wrote them.
Add photos or documents (optional)

For example, a letter or notice from the board. Up to 3 files. Photos or PDF documents.
